Shipping

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may longer to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.

U.S. orders are shipped USPS. International orders are shipped USPS.

All customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer for orders being shipped outside of the United States.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; A Healthy Obsession has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; customers should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returns

Our return policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. To complete your return we require a receipt.

Purchased items are determined un-returnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return conditions are met, then a refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment. Most orders will be processed within 30 days of return receipt. Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Please note we do not refund shipping costs. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
